Cedar offers all of the Crystalline services including Crystalline massage, Aroma Therapy and Holistic Detox Spa Packages. Cedar incorporates a multi-dimensional approach toward massage therapy. Cedar infuses Divine healing light (life force) into her crystalline hands to lift denseness held in the cells while lifting out negative energy known as emotional pain which manifests into what people experience as physical pain.

We will work together to define your massage experience depending on your choice of service treatment. Massage sessions may incorporate a broad array of styles, to optimize the benefits of your session. Because Cedar works intuitively, a massage may be slow and very relaxing or at times it may be a little faster and therefore more invigorating and enlivening to the body.

Sometimes the recipient may experience an emotional release as the massage can release and shift negative emotions, negative beliefs and other "stuff" that has been stored in the cells of the body, with the healing effects of the massage continuing long after the treatment is over.

Shannon Fry has been licensed to practice acupuncture by the state of California since 2001. She

holds a master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (M.T.O.M.) from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, is both state and nationally licensed to practice acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and is a certified Unified Field Therapy (UFT) practitioner by founder Meg Benedicte since 2007.

Advanced Bodywork (Rolfing)

Jon Stange (Certified Structural Integration practitioner)

Jon began my studies in bodywork in 1995 while living in the central coast of California.
I started out learning Swedish massage therapy at the Central Coast School of Massage
near San Luis Obispo, and after graduating Jon became a self-employed massage therapist. He soon discovered that he was limiting himself and with my clients in the ability and knowledge of treatment with only one modality. So for ten years he took one class after another and worked with other seasoned therapists asking questions about how to best serve clients. Jon studied various forms of deep tissue massage, sports massage, clinical massage, post-pregnancy massage and reflexology. Jon always returned to deep tissue massage because it fit with my "gift" of manual therapy. In 2005 a colleague suggested he take a class in deep tissue structural bodywork. The class was held at the Massage School of Santa Monica and taught by a man named Garnet Dupois, who in the 1970's was introduced to Rolfing. He was one of my most influential teachers Jon ever had, and his knowledge, personality and expertise changed his life and work. The class led him to further explore this method of therapy and in May of 2007, he enrolled at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO. Some of Ida P. Rolf's early students have become instructors at the Guild and the original teachings of Ida Rolf are carried on in a four month class format. Jon completed his training in February of 2008 as a certified structural integration practitioner and began a private practice in Los Angeles, CA.
