What are some of the hurdles to overcome during Ascension? What is our greatest challenge?

Our biggest challenge to reaching Ascension is ego-separation. We are born with a blank mind, like a clean slate, in each lifeline. The past life memory is stored in the akashic records in the super-conscious mind or timeless mind. Immediately from birth, as we connect and ground into the human hologram, our subconscious mind is fed an endless stream of divisive and destructive mind-control that separates us from our divine lineage and Core Soul presence. I call this the Mind Matrix, and we get hooked up and manipulated by the familial, religious, cultural and societal programming polluting our subconscious mind. This forms into a shadow ego-identity that controls our lives, and asserts its will in opposition to spiritual growth. This is the source of resistance we experience to surrendering to the wisdom of the divine will of the Soul.

The ego-mind is deeply engrained and controlled by the victim-persecutor program, which is divisive in nature. It is the very opposite of what we need to Ascend. We need to merge into UNION to Ascend. The other major challenge facing humanity is the addiction program. It invades our being in myriad of ways - basically it is programming us to crave energy outside of our selves. It is extremely effective in separating us from our internal source of life force and divine energy. We are programmed to feed on other people's energy in relationships - this is codependency. We are escaping and numbing with addictions to substances that heighten endorphins - drugs, alcohol, sugar, coffee, spending money, sex, extreme sports, etc.

So the ego-mind program separates us into isolation, emptiness, loneliness, "me against the world", and then we use addictions to fill the empty hole inside. What a vicious cycle to become entrapped in?

Our healing process needs to include healing the human spirit in order to achieve Union and Ascension. Most emotional wounds have originated internally from the ego-mind's self-rejection of the human spirit. We cannot skip this very vital step in the Ascension process.
