Advanced Bodywork
A form of deep tissue that is recommended in a ten-session sequence designed to align and balance the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia (connective tissue). Individual sessions are also available. Structural Integration also re-educates the individual to become aware of body movement patterns creating tension and mis-alignment in the body. The goal of is to create a balanced, vertical and integrated body while considering the supportive benefits of the gravitational field.

Rolfing Advanced Bodywork by Jon
Jon studied various forms of deep tissue massage, sports massage, clinical massage, post-pregnancy massage and reflexology, but he is always pulled back to deep tissue massage because it is his "gift" of manual therapy. Jon studied at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO. Some of Ida P. Rolf's early students have become instructors at the Guild and the original teachings of Ida Rolf are carried on in a four month class format. Structural Integration, or commonly referred to as "Rolfing", is a whole-body treatment modality that establishes order in the connective tissue system. Our bodies have an internal network of support material that consist of: bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. These structures enable: movement, protect joint function, offer a supportive position in gravity, and give us our distinct shape.

Golf/ Sports Performance Treatment
The combination of massage and stretching techniques to aid in improving golf performance and avoiding injury. Each treatment will be customized based upon the individual's needs and may include a combination or single treatment of Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), Advanced Bodywork, Circulatory Massage & Heat Therapy. Available with Cedar and Jon.
