Cancellation Policy

For everyone’s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package, for multiple services, or for parties of three or less. The lack of such notification will result in being billed 50% of the value of the service reserved for you. All no shows will be charged at full value.

Corporate Gifts & Incentives

The appropriate corporate gift for any occasion is available at Crystalline Healing. Our wide selection of treatments and services gives employees, clients, and colleagues the executive treatment. Please phone Cedar Martyn at 310-621-5544 to make arrangements.

Health Conditions

Please notify us before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare us far in advance to provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, we will address your needs based on your personal assessment. We will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, and sequence of service we are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address please, inform us.

Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first Treatment to insure your full service. As we may be in treatment when you arrive we may leave an intake form for you in our relaxing waiting room or be with you shortly. Allow extra time for traffic and street parking. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee your full service.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. However, at your discretion, Crystalline Healing personnel graciously accepts gratuities for participants with non profit promotions such as "Spa Bro" or special offers such as Spa Week. The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. (No tipping necessary on Acupuncture or full priced services).

Policy

Please turn off all cell phones and be aware of other treatments going on. Crystalline Healing massage is professional and Non-Sexual. All clients will be comfortably draped with a sheet during treatment. Our Advance bodywork may be performed with undergarmets such as a bathing suit for this type of work. Please inquire when booking if there are any concerns.

What to expect

Combining a tranquil atmosphere of a Spa setting and specialized spa services with a mind body approach of a Wellness Center, Crystalline Healing Center is an infusion of best of both worlds also containing Divine Light and the New Earth energy. Transformation begins when entering this hidden gem. From the healing touch of her therapeutic and specialized Crystalline massage, Cedar Martyn prides herself on providing her clients with the highest quality experience. After your service there's no need to rush out of our center after your treatment. Please feel free to relax with a cup of our Crystalline charged water or tea in our waiting area.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Certificates may be purchased for dollar amount or treatments prices and are transferable, but non-refundable. Instant gift certificates are available online or may be purchased during your next visit.

Reservations

All of our services are offered by appointment. Crystalline Massage, Spa Packages, Aromatherapy & Detox treatments are offered by Cedar Martyn. Acupuncture and Soul-Body Union Healing is offered by Shannon Fry and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is offered by Brenda Countz. Our meditation classes are offered via tele/web by Meg Benedicte. Scheduling may be done by calling Cedar at (310) 621-5544 or visit our Online Reservations for services with Cedar. We recommend you schedule appointments by phone for multiple services/ therapists at least one week in advance for your preferred times.

Our treatments are most beneficial when performed on a regular basis. Please see the treatments and specials to see which package best fits your needs. Series and Packages are ideal for gift giving.

Facilities

Crystalline Healing Center is petite private setting with a relaxing waiting area with 3 treatment rooms that allows personal attention to detail. We offer specialized treatments that are tailored for each client and allows a deep feeling of core healing that goes above and beyond most wellness center's or spa's. Our therapists have years of experience. The treatment rooms are a sacred haven for transformation and deep relaxation. Please note: we do not provide sauna or offer spa treatments such as facials although showering is available upon request when scheduling with. We do have Infrared Sauna Dome that is available as a paid service add on to most treatments as a personalized service.

Complimentary teas and water are offered for use with Services. Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuables. We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles.
