Cedar Martyn combines Crystalline energy healing into her massage treatment sessions with the flowing of total energy, combined with a very loving touch, relaxes the entire being, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviors that cause limitations and which are stored in the cells of our body. People generally think of memory, beliefs, our "programming", as being stored in our head, in our brain. This is not the case, this memory and other programming is in fact stored in all the cells of our body. We look at things in terms of energy flow, following the idea that an idea or belief can block energy flow as much as muscle tension can. Crystalline energy healing helps release the blockages, whilst at the same time giving the energy new direction. Thus Cedar's Crystalline Healing massages are not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. We view all aspects of the body as one and believe that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all part of the "whole" self - when healing is effected on one level, all levels are affected. Biography of Cedar Martyn

Growing up in New Mexico, Cedar Martyn has had the positive influence of a Mother who has owned a health food store for over 30 years.  With her Mother, and other family members working in service such as Physical Therapy, Cedar understands the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and healing the physical and spiritual self.

Cedar has been practicing body work for over 10 years after graduating from the Massage School of Santa Monica in Los Angeles, California. She is trained in Swedish, Structural Integration, Thai, Cranial Sacral, Shiatsu, and Reflexology.  Along with this wide array of techniques, Cedar also incorporates her Crystalline Energy Healing into each of her massage sessions.

Cedar is a licensed massage therapist, and is always exploring new modalities in massage therapy and the healing arts through continued education and work experience.

Cedar gained over four years of experience while previously working at the well renowned "Burke Williams Day Spa".  Today she continues her growth part time at Shutters on the Beach's, "One Spa", while building her own private practice.

Ultimately, Cedar's mission is to provide the most therapeutic and healing massage to all of her clients.  She aims to empower those clients to use their natural healing abilities and intuition to help guide her on this mission. She continues to combine traditional and leading edge massage techniques, to provide a wide range of bodywork, along with her Crystalline energy healing.
