We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

Health Conditions 
Please notify us before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address please, inform the technician.

Reservations
Services offered are by Cedar Martyn and are by appointment only. Scheduling may be done by phone at (310) 621-5544 or with our Online Reservations We recommend you schedule appointments by phone for multiple services or any at least one week in advance for your preferred times. We accept Spa Finder gift certificates for services offered by Cedar Martyn with Crystalline Healing.

Cancellation Policy
For everyone’s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package, for multiple services, or for parties of three or less.  The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you. All no shows will be charged at full value.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first Treatment to fill out an intake form and insure your full service.  Allow extra time for traffic and street parking. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee your full service.

Facilities
Crystalline Healing is petite private setting with a relaxing waiting and 3 treatment rooms that allows personal attention to detail. Treatments offered are in high demand and are tailored for each client and allows a deep feeling of core healing that goes above and beyond your typical wellness center. Therapists have years of experience. The treatment rooms are a sacred haven for transformation and deep relaxation.  Influenced by Eastern spirituality and culture. Shower is available upon request.

Complimentary teas and water are offered for use with Services. Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuable. We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles.

Policy
Please turn off all cell phones and be aware of other treatments going on. Crystalline Healing massage is professional and Non-Sexual. All clients will be comfortably draped with a sheet.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Certificates may be purchased for dollar amount or treatments prices and are transferable, but non-refundable.

Payment
We accept credit cards through paypal's virtual online terminal, cash and personal checks. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. However, at your discretion, Crystalline Healing personnel graciously accepts gratuities. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done, or service enjoyed. The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.

Series or Package Cards
Many treatments are more beneficial when performed on a regular basis. Please see the treatments and specials to see which package best fits your needs. Series and Packages are ideal for gift giving.

All Services are offered a-la-carte, unless purchased using Series or Package pricing.
