After Care Instructions for treatments with Cedar and Shannon for Crystalline Massage or Soul-Body Union Acupuncture
Thank you for coming and having a treatment with us today
So you had your treatment…now what?
In some cases, clients may feel waves of emotion release (unexpected/sudden emotions, realizing/revisiting past experiences/traumas), as well as some physical symptoms (fatigue, joint pain, and cold/flu like symptoms) for a few days or even up to a week after the session. Don’t worry…this is actually a good thing!
There are things you can do to care for yourself to lessen/ eliminate some of these unwanted symptoms.
So why is this happening?
While the lower/denser vibrations are being pushed out during the release process, your body is adjusting. Your healing has only been initiated with your treatment, and now the process continues in the hours, days, and even weeks afterwards.
A karmic clearing of the bio-energetics has and will continue to occur, allowing for a soul-body fusion, along with the releasing of negative energy and toxins. This combined effort accelerates the regeneration of optimum, general health, through the introduction of divine love and soul presence.
It’s also important to remember that many times when a healing crisis occurs, people actually get sick in order to get better.
- Caring for yourself after your treatment
- Drinking plenty of water is a must for hydration as well as flushing out toxins in the body.
- Be patient with yourself, and listen to your body. If and when needed, allow time for any needed rest and/or extra sleep.
Along with staying fully hydrated and getting plenty of rest, there are a few activities that can assist in the release process by raising your vibration such as: taking nature walks, meditating, exercise, yoga, and a warm bath.
Of course, should you have any questions or concerns before your next visit, please feel free to contact us. Also, please share with us what you’ve experienced during your healing process after your treatment, perhaps even keeping a written log, as it will help guide us in your future treatments.
